From getting in touch to the parcel arriving on your doorstep



Whether you are just starting out researching stationery options, or know exactly what you want for your Invitations, it is best to get in touch with us. We can provide our price list that outlines some popular stationery options for everything leading up to as well as on your Big Day. We can put an custom quote together for you, nicely itemised, so that you are able to see where exactly your budget is being spent. If you have any wedding themes or inspiration images, please send them through too, so that we are able to understand exactly what you are after!


Once you have settled on all the options for your wedding package and have accepted the quote, we simply require your wording and the Design Fee for our designers to get underway. Our designers will also have a chat with you via email or over the phone, so that they get a feel for how your stationery should reflect the style and tone of your Wedding Day. Now is also the time for you to email through any further inspiration images, colourĀ palettes and themes.


Once we have your brief, wording and design fee payment, we will get designing. We will have mock-ups to you within 5 business days, for your feedback. We like to allow 10-15 business days for the design tweaks back and forth (and longer for custom designs). We do not put a limit on the number of digital revisions for your wedding package. We send digital PDF proofs via email and request that you send back all your edits in a single email once you and your partner, and your families, and their neighbours and the puppy from down the street have had the chance to review it. This helps to ensure a smooth design process.


Proofs are extremely important as the final approved proof is used to generate your printing plates and these cannot be altered once they have been made. By approving this final pdf, you agree that all text and design are correct exactly as shown with no further changes necessary. Please proofread carefully, as once they are approved, additional edits for spelling, punctuation or content will incur additional fees for new plates, or if necessary, reprinting.


Once you have approved the designs, we will send a 50% production deposit, in order for us to get the production underway. We like to allow 12-15 business days for printing, which gives us time to make your plates, custom mix inks and prepare the press for your job.

Each piece of your Stationery package is carefully QC-ed, wrapped and tied up with string, so that it feels like Christmas morning once it gets to you! Once the final 50% balance has been received they will then be shipped directly to you, and all our quotes include delivery across Australia. We use Fastway courier, who ensures your precious cargo arrives speedily and safely. If your area is not serviced by Fastway, we will express post it to you.
